20chicken tenderloins, cut into 2-inch strips

2 Tbspolive oil

1/2 clight sour cream

3 clovegarlic, minced

1/4 cfresh basil, chopped

1 smred pepper, cut in strips

1/2 tspdried oregano

1/3 ctoasted walnuts, chopped

9 ozfresh spinach tortellini, prepared according to directions

1/4 tspsalt

1/8 tspcayenne pepper

How To Make herbed chicken with tortellini

1In small bowl, mix together sour cream, basil, oregano, salt and cayenne pepper; set aside. In fry pan, place oil and heat to medium-heat temperature. Add chicken and sauté about 5 minutes.

2Stir in garlic and red pepper strips. Sauté, stirring, 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low temperature. Stir in sour cream mixture and heat thoroughly, about 2 minutes.

3Place cooked tortellini on serving dish and top with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with walnuts and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
