DirectionsIn a large bowl, combine chicken with all the other ingredients and mix well.Pour mixture into a greased 8-1/2x 4-1/2x 2-1/2-inch loaf pan.Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 1 hour. Remove and let sit for 5 minutes. Unmold onto a plate and slice.May be served with canned chicken gravy or Dijon mustard drizzled over the top.
