Herb de Provence Chicken

The lavender in the Herb de Provence is what I think makes this dish. I did not have the wine herb marinade that I like so I decided to create my own using this wonderful ingredient.

Ingredients

4
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1/2 c
olive oil
1/4 c
water
2 Tbsp
herb de provence
1 Tbsp
garlic powder with parsley
2 tsp
ground black pepper
1 tsp
salt

Step-By-Step

1Mix the olive oil, water, herb de provence, garlic powder w/ parsley, pepper and salt in a large zip lock bag. Add chicken, seal bag and shake to coat. Let marinade for 30 minutes.

2Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until no longer pink. Also great on the grill!
