Herb Chicken with Tortellini

uncooked sliced chicken breast ( or you could use other parts)
sour cream ( use light if you are watching fat intake)
fresh chopped basil ( make sure you use fresh)
red bell pepper ( cut in strips)
frozen tortellini prepared to pkg directions
In a small bowl mix together sour cream, basil oregano, salt and cayenne pepper, set aside
In fry pan place oil and heat to med/high. Add chicken and saute about 5 minutes
Stir in garlic and red pepper ( I added sliced mushrooms and I suppose you could add peas, broccoli?)
Saute, stirring 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low, stir in sour cream mixture and heat thoroughly about 2 minutes.
Place cooked tortellini on a serving dish and top with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with walnuts and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
