|2 c||fresh parsley|
|5 clove||garlic, minced|
|1 tsp||fresh thyme|
|1 tsp||lemon zest, grated|
|1/2 c||zesty italian dressing|
|4||chicken breast halves, skinless & boneless|
In food processor, add parsley, garlic, thyme & lemon zest. Pulse until coarsely chopped. Add dressing. Pulse until blended.
In a large ziplock bag, place chicken in bag & pour herb/dressing mixture over chicken. Refrigerate 1 - 3 hours for flavors to marry.
Heat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill 5 - 7 minutes per side or until done (165 degrees F.).
