Ingredients
| 2 c | fresh parsley |
| 5 clove | garlic, minced |
| 1 tsp | fresh thyme |
| 1 tsp | lemon zest, grated |
| 1/2 c | zesty italian dressing |
| 4 | chicken breast halves, skinless & boneless |

Directions
In food processor, add parsley, garlic, thyme & lemon zest. Pulse until coarsely chopped. Add dressing. Pulse until blended.In a large ziplock bag, place chicken in bag & pour herb/dressing mixture over chicken. Refrigerate 1 - 3 hours for flavors to marry.Heat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill 5 - 7 minutes per side or until done (165 degrees F.).
