Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh parsley
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup zesty italian dressing
  • 4 chicken breast halves, skinless & boneless

How To Make herb barnyard chicken

  • Step 1
    In food processor, add parsley, garlic, thyme & lemon zest. Pulse until coarsely chopped. Add dressing. Pulse until blended.
  • Step 2
    In a large ziplock bag, place chicken in bag & pour herb/dressing mixture over chicken. Refrigerate 1 - 3 hours for flavors to marry.
  • Step 3
    Heat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill 5 - 7 minutes per side or until done (165 degrees F.).
