Hawaiian Stir Fry
You can serve this over brown rice, Chinese noodles, or by itself.

- 2 c
- diced chicken breast, boneless beef or pork
- 1 can(s)
- pineapple chunks
- 2 Tbsp
- soy sauce
- 2 lb
- mixed vegetables of your choice, frozen
1 pound of fresh beef, pork or chicken chunks
1 can pineapple chucks with juice
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
Simmer for 10 minutes.
2 bags of Normandy vegetable mix (Cauliflower, carrots, broccoli, zucchini) or you favorite stir fry vegetable mixture.
Put a lid on the pan and turn down to low and steam for 5 minutes.
