Hawaiian glazed chicken
Wash and dry chicken parts; very important to dry for the coating to stick to the chicken, and then set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the dry Lipton onion mix, French dressing and pineapple preserve and mix well.
Dip to coat chicken parts well and lay in 9x13 inch baking dish. Any leftover of the mix in the bowl can be spread over the chicken.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes and then turn turn chicken and bake for another 35 minutes or more if needed. The sauce will turn to a deep orange and is just wonderful served over rice.
I have substituted chicken with pork ribs and is wonderful. Enjoy !
