Ingredients
| 2-3 lb | chicken breasts, boneless and skinless |
| 1 btl | teriyaki sauce..divided |
| 1 Tbsp | freshly grated ginger |
| 1 Tbsp | toasted sesame seeds |
| 1 Tbsp | canola oil |
| salt/pepper to taste | |
| 1 c | fresh pineapples (you can also use canned) |

Pierce the chicken breast, marinade at least 30 mins with half of the teriyaki sauce as well as grated ginger, salt and pepperadd in the canola oil...grill about 5 mins each side...(depending on the thickness....the thinner, the better). also grill the pineapples.place the chicken in an oven dish..pour the other half of the teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds and grilled pineapples....keep warm in oven till ready to serve....serve over white rice....delicious
