Grilled Tennessee Chicken

My kids and I eat this several times a week. I will fix a lot of it and use it as a main course or add it to salads or use it in wraps for a quick lunch.

2 to 4 lb
chicken breast filets
1 can(s)
sliced pineapple
1/2 Tbsp
garlic powder
1 Tbsp
mrs dash
1/4 stick
1/4 c
olive oil


1Drain pineapple and put juice in zip lock bag and add boneless chicken breast pieces. add 1/2 of the Mrs Dash. Marinate for an hour to over night.
2Combine garlic powder olive oil melted butter and the rest of the Mrs. Dash in a bowl and take to the grill.
3Grill chicken and pineapple slices basting with olive oil and butter mixture. You can also use the mixture on grilled vegetables. We grill squash and sliced onions and tomatoes, but any vegetable you like will work.
4Ok get it off the grill and run to the table and make yourself a plate quick, if you don't you will probably be eating cereal because your kids ain't gonna share this with you very well.......Live Love Laugh, is correct but you gotta eat, so if you gotta eat, eat well
