Grilled sausage and pepper with pasta

Grilled peppers are one of my favorite things in the world. This dish is just as good without the pasta if your watching your carbs.

Ingredients

19 oz
package italian sausage links
16 oz
package chicken sausage link
1
each, red, yellow and orange bell pepper
1
poblano
1
sweet onion
16 oz
angel hair pasta
1 stick
real butter
1 tsp
granulated garlic
1 c
grated parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp
fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped

Step-By-Step

1Slice peppers and onion, drizzle with olive oil and grill till tender. Set aside.

2Slice sausage links and grill till done. Mix with sausage.

3Meanwhile boil pasta according to package directions to al dente. Drain, immediately place Parmesan and butter (cut into 1 tbsp slices) into pasta, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Toss till butter is melted and pasta is well coated. Add parsley and toss again.

4Serve sausage and peppers over pasta.
