'GREEN FIRE" BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS

I LOVE THE GREEN TABASCO!
I use it on my scrambled eggs.ETC.
Don't let this recipe name fool you.
GREEN FIRE ?? MMmmmm
Sounds cute, but it is milder
than the RED TABASCO.
You can always adjust the Tabasco to your taste.
- 1/2 c
- 3 Tbsp
- tabasco brand green jalapeno pepper sauce
- 1/2 c
- dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c
- grated parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp
- chopped fresh parsley
- 1 lb
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Combine bread crumbs,cheese, ans parsley in a second pie plate.
Wash and pat dry chicken breasts. Dip into into mayonnaise mixture and coat well on both sides, then dip into bread crumb mixture and coat well.
Place on a baking sheet and bake 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown, and no longer pink.
