Ingredients For greek-style lemon roast chicken

    whole roasting chicken (3 1/2 lbs.)
  • 1
    lemon, washed & halved
  • 1 bottle
    greek vinaigrette dressing
  • feta cheese, crumbled

How To Make greek-style lemon roast chicken

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 2
    Place chicken in 13 x 9" baking dish.
  • 3
    Squeeze juice from lemon into small bowl; place squeezed halves in chicken cavity. Mix dressing with juice; drizzle over chicken. NOTE: To get more juice from citrus fruits, microwave them on HIGH 30 seconds before squeezing.

    Bake 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is done (165 degrees F.), basting occasionally with pan juices.

    When serving, sprinkle feta over chicken.
