I never had boneless chicken thighs before I tried this recipe. Thighs were always the last thing my family ate, but they lovvvvve this.I always serve with mashed potatoes,but rice or noodles would be great.

Ingredients For gravy smothered chicken thighs

  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb
    boneless chicken thighs
  • 3 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 2
    carrots
  • 1
    small onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic paste
  • 1 can
    chicken broth
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup

    In plastic bag combine flour, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Add chicken thighs,one at a time, shake to coat. In deep skillet brown chicken in 2 T oil. Remove and keep warm.

    In same skillet, saute carrots, onion, and 1T oil til tender. Add garlic cook 1 min. Add broth loosen browned bits, stir in soup'

    Return chicken to gravy, boil, and reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 min.
