Lisa's StoryI never had boneless chicken thighs before I tried this recipe.
Thighs were always the last thing my family ate, but they lovvvvve this.I always serve with mashed potatoes,but rice or noodles would be great.
1 1/2 lb
boneless chicken thighs
cream of chicken soup

1In plastic bag combine flour, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Add chicken thighs,one at a time, shake to coat. In deep skillet brown chicken in 2 T oil. Remove and keep warm.
2In same skillet, saute carrots, onion, and 1T oil til tender. Add garlic cook 1 min. Add broth loosen browned bits, stir in soup'
3Return chicken to gravy, boil, and reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 min.

This was really good and so easy to prepare. I didn't have any carrots so I cut up some celery. I also didn't have garlic paste so I used Chicken base and added some extra garlic powder. I added mushrooms too! I fixed mashed potato's and fresh asparagus. IT was yummy! Thanks for sharing!

This sounds good.But I usually have quartered chicken on hand as B&S Chix. Breast is more costly,& we like both the white & dark. I'm sure this will be just Lovely ,only a longer cook time for the chicken. Thanks for the Post! Kinda reminds me of a chicken stew or pot pie filling,can't wait to try it!
