Gravy Smothered Chicken Thighs

By Lisa Mullis Lisa_Mullis

I never had boneless chicken thighs before I tried this recipe.
Thighs were always the last thing my family ate, but they lovvvvve this.I always serve with mashed potatoes, but rice or noodles would be great.

This was really good and so easy to prepare. I didn't have any carrots so I cut up some celery. I also didn't have garlic paste so I used Chicken base and added some extra garlic powder. I added mushrooms too! I fixed mashed potato's and fresh asparagus. IT was yummy! Thanks for sharing!

This sounds good. But I usually have quartered chicken on hand as B&S Chix. Breast is more costly,& we like both the white & dark. I'm sure this will be just Lovely ,only a longer cook time for the chicken. Thanks for the Post! Kinda reminds me of a chicken stew or pot pie filling, can't wait to try it!
