Ingredients
| 4 | boneless, skinless, chicken breasts halves |
| garlic powder to taste | |
| seasoned salt to taste | |
| 1 Tbsp | vegetable oil |
| 1 jar(s) | (4.5 oz) buttery sliced mushrooms, drained |
| 1/2 c | jack cheese, grated |
| 1/2 c | cheddar cheese, grated |
| 1/2 c | green onions, chopped |
| 1/2 c | crumbled bacon |
| 1 can(s) | chicken broth |

Directions
Flatten chicken to 1/4 inch thickness. Sprinkle with garlic powder and seasoned salt.In a large, non-stick skillet brown chicken in oil for about 4 minutes on each side. Top with the mushrooms, cheese, green onions and bacon. Pour over about a half can of chicken broth.Cover and continue cooking until chicken juices run clear and cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. If chicken seems dry or you like more liquid, add part or all of remaining broth, until heated. Enjoy!

Sherri, I read somewhere that there is a Japanese(?) noodle which is very low in carbs, but I don't remember the name of them, or where to buy them. Have you (or anyone else out there) heard of these? Maybe if I could have some some good old (low carb) macaroni and cheese once in a while, I could rsist the bread! Maybe... :)
