brown sugar
cornstarch & cold peach juice
1/2 c
peach liquor
1 1/2 c
sliced peaches
2 Tbsp

Directions Step-By-Step

Saute the chicken in a little oil. Add the salt & pepper to the chicken. Add the onions, peppers,peas , and soy sauce and tarragon. To make the glaze In a saute pan add the orange juice, liquor, and brown sugar. simmer until you get the sauce warm not hot , then add the cornstarch and simmer until it gets thick. Add the glaze to the chicken mix. Also add the sesame seeds to the chicken. Then add the peaches and nuts simmer for 5 minutes Serve over rice or noodles. This can be made with Pork chops also
