Ingredients

2 can(s)	12.5 oz. chicken, drained
1 medium	green bell pepper, diced
1/4 c	red onion, dicd
2	celery stalks, dice
1/4 c	radishes, diced
1	jalapeno pepper, diced
1	granny smith appled, peeled and diced
2	eggs, hard boiled
3 Tbsp	mayonnaise, fat-free
4 Tbsp	dried cilantro
1 Tbsp	nature seasoning
1	bag spring lettuce mix
2 small	tomatos, sliced

Can chicken with graden veggies! A healthy way o enjoy a chicken salad!

Directions

In a large bowl add the chicken and remaining ingredients, except lettuce mix.
Stir contents in bowl till combined.

Add some spring lettuce mix to each salad plate. With a medium ice-cream scooper add a generous scoop to center of lettuce. Add several slices of tomatos around each plate. Enjoy!
