Fried Orange Chicken

- 1 c
- all purpose flour
- 1 pkg
- 3 chicken breast
- 2 Tbsp
- orange peel
- 1 tsp
- lemon peel
1On a plate at the flower, lemon and orange peel and make sure mixed together well. (If desired add an extra teaspoon and tablespoon of peelings for a sweeter flavor).
2On a separate plate cut the 3 breast into halfs (making them into 6 breast).
3Dip each piece of chicken in the mixture covering fully.
4Preheat the oil in heavy skillet over medium--high heat. Brown the pieces skin side down for 5 minutes.
Turn and brwon the undersides of the pieces for a few minutes. Continue this for a few more minutes. Cut the middle of the chicken to see if done. Then enjoy.
