Tiphane's StoryI'm sorry to say I don't really have measurements for the seasonings. I cook most of the time by eyeing my seasonings, but when it comes to fried chicken, seasoning should be to preference. These are rough measurements ,but I think they're pretty close.
all purpose flour
plus 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
plus 1 teaspoon pepper
plus 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning

1Combine the flour and 1 tbsp each of first four seasonings.
2After cleaning and cutting your wings (or you can leave them whole), add the remaining seasonings to the chicken along with the accent and egg. Mix well. You can do this an hour or more before cooking if you want it to marinade for a while.
3Coat chicken in seasoned flour and deep fry at 375' or medium-high heat for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
