I have made this manty times for my family. It has a little kick. It is Easy,flavorful, and grilled. I love Asian food. This is a very easy tasty recipe, and the best part is that it is lower in fat. The skin is removed which helps to absorb all of the yummy sauce. Enjoy!

Ingredients

1
3 1/2 pound chicken cut up,or your choice of legs,drumsticks etc.
1/2 c
hoisin sauce
1 Tbsp
soy sauce
1/4 c
sherry
1/4 tsp
cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp
sesame oil
1 tsp
chinese 5 spice powder
1 Tbsp
sesame seeds

Step-By-Step

1Remove the skin from chicken. Heat grill to medium.
2mix Sherry,sesame oil,5 spice and cayenne pepper together in a bowl.
3Put chicken in a bowl,and pour most of the sauce over the chicken. Coat all sides of chicken. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes.Turn chicken occasionally to keep coating.
4Put chicken on medium heat and turn and cook until juices run clear. Cook chicken About 20-25 minutes
5in a small bowl combine hoisin sauce,and soy sauce together.brush sauce on to chicken,and put chicken back on grill and cook until glazed. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
