- whole chicken
- small onions
- medium potatoes
- 300 g
- 25 ml
- cooking oil
- salt, pepper, mixed herbs
1Cut chicken in half lengh ways.
Peel and cut veges. Leave onions whole.
Heat electric frying pan to medium/ 5-7 ish. Add oil.
Place chicken in flat sides down, season. Add potatoes n onion, cook 10 mins with lid on.
Add rest of veges, cook another 40 mins , turn if desired.
