2 whole fryers,cut up
3 cans, golden mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
1 med bell pepper,diced
1 med onion,diced
cooking oil
complete seasoning,
salt &pepper to taste
crushed garlic, can be bought in a jar
rice, cooked and hot
flour ,for browning
note: do not add water to soup

IN A LARGE SKILLET ,BROWN CHICKEN PARTS,AND DRAIN OFF EXCESS OIL ON PAPER TOWEL

PLACE BROWNED CHICKEN IN A ROASTING PAN ,NOW COVER WITH,BELL PEPPER ,ONION & GARLIC ADD 3CUPS WATER AND BAKE AT 350* FOR 1 HR, NOW ADD MUSHROOM SOUP AND COOK 20 MIN, LONGER SERVE OVER RICE

This to was DELICIOUS!!! My family loved it...I served this with a side of stuffing, green beans and sliced tomatoes!!! It was really easy and so good!!! Thanks for sharing!

Fannie, what is the "complete seasoning" in your recipes. What brand, is it like a seasoned salt?

Fannie, I meant to tell you, but I failed to post you a message. Believe it or not, I have tried several of your recipes, and i am sure that this is the chicken dish that I remember eating years ago. I had to cook this recipe from memory since my internet was down for several weeks when I decided to prepare it. However, I discovered afterwards that I used to much soup on that particular day, but it was still tasty, and it what I was looking for...THANKS SO MUCH!

Fannie this is awesome and easy. I didn't have any season-all so I used Goya seasoning and season salt. There weren't too many left overs.
