DirectionsHeat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add tomatoes with juice & garlic & cook 4 minutes.Add broth & season with salt, pepper & red pepper. Bring to gentle simmer & cook 10 minutes.Meanwhile, while the soup is simmering, toast the bread & butter it. Place in bottom of soup bowl.During the last 5 minutes of cooking time, add in basil & cheese; stir to combine. Ladel soup over bread & serve.
