Easy ranch chicken

- boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 oz pkg dry ranch salad dressing mix
- 2 Tbsp
- canola oil
- 1 Tbsp
- red-wine vinegar
1In a lg resealable plasstic bag, mix together ranch dressing, oil and vinegar.
2Add chicken, shake to coat. Refrigerate 1 hr.
Heat oven to broil. Take chicken from bag and place on a broiler pan. Discard marinade.
3Broil chicken 10-15 mins, or until no longer pink inside.
