Ingredients

2 lb
cubed frozen hashbrowns
1 pkg
10 ounce frozen broccoli
1 pkg
10 ounce frozen mixed cauliflower, carrots, etc
7 c
water
1 c
chopped onion
6
boullion cubes
1 lb
velveeta cubed
2 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
2 c
milk

Step-By-Step

1Bring potatoes, frozen veggies, onions, and bouillion to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Add cheese, milk and cream soups. Mix well and serve.
