Easy Potato and Chicken Bake

I love when you can make a meal and it is one: easy and two: has both the meat and potaoes cooked together so you use just one pot and all I need is a veggie or a slice of great bread! Makes life so simple! I found this recipe on: backporchgourmet.com. Easy and yummy! Bake time depends on the size of the chicken and potato pieces.

small potatoes

chicken breasts, cut in half

can cream of mushroom soup

pouch dry onion soup mix
1 c
water

Directions Step-By-Step

Peel and Cut potatoes in quarters and lay in a 10 inch Dutch oven. Add 1/2 the onion soup. Add chicken breasts on top. Sprinkle remaining soup mix on top. Add cream of mushroom soup on top and add water. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
