cooking sherry

Prepare pasta and chicken/turkey, set aside.

In microwave safe dish, melt butter.

Blend in flour, chicken broth, salt & pepper (to taste)

Microwave on medium-high until thickened (6-9 minutes)

Stir in chicken, pasta, parsley and sherry

Sprinkle with garlic powder (to taste) and cheese
