Heat butter in skillet on med-high heat until melted. Filet chicken breasts into a total of 4 pieces. Dip in water and roll in panko crumbs.
Brown on both sides in skillet. Remove to plate. Add water and chicken stock into skillet and mix with pan drippings. Place sliced lemon into skillet and place chicken on top of lemon slices. Sprinkle garlic salt (to taste) on chicken. Cover and cook on medium heat for 30 minutes.
