In a large bowl mix the soup, mayo, cheese, curry powder, and chicken stock. Add the chicken meat.
This can be served with noodles, rice, or over toast. Broccoli is great with this also.
If you want to make this into a casserole and everyone in your family likes all the ingredients, you can layer the noodles or rice on the bottom of the casserole, broccoli, and then the curry sauce. Sprinkle the top with breadcrumbs and a little cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
