Cut chicken into pieces and cook on stove top. I prefer to add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the chicken. If you have McCormick perfect pinch Rotisserie Chicken seasoning add that too. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine cream of celery and cream of chicken soup with the vegetables.
Layer chicken, vegetables, onion, seasonings, in glass dish. Mix bisquick, milk, and butter. Place bisquick on top of the chicken and veggie mixture. Sprinkle some salt, pepper, and garlic powder on top of bisquick mix.
Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
