Easy Chicken Pot Pie

This recipe was given to me by my sister; I'm not sure where she got it but it's super-easy and oh-so good!

Ingredients

1 lb
chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
2 Tbsp
butter or margarine
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
8 oz
sour cream
2 can(s)
veg-all mixed vegetables, drained
1
sleeve ritz crackers, crushed

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Butter or spray large casserole dish.

2Cube chicken into 1" pieces. Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat, add chicken and cook until done. Remove from pan and allow to cool.

3In large bowl, mix sour cream with soups (do not dilute soups). Add mixed vegetables and cooled chicken, mix well. Pour mixture in prepared casserole and top with Ritz crackers.

4Bake in preheated oven until bubbly and crackers are lightly toasted.
