Ingredients

9" deep dish unbaked pie crust
2-4
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 bag(s)
frozen mixed vegtable 16 oz.
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)
cream of potato soup
1/2 c
milk
1
onion minced (small)
salt and pepper to taste
1
egg

Step-By-Step

1Saute chicken in 2 tablespoons olive oil for about 3 minute until light brown.

2Mix Chicken, vegtables, soups, milk and seasoning in large bowl. Press 1 Pie Crust into bottom of Pie Pan. Pour Mixture into Pie Crust. Put top crust on pie, cut 4 slits in the crust. Brush with beaten egg wash.

3Bake on a cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

Note - May use leftover Chicken or Turkey.
