Like every recipe I find, the most important thing is to make it your own. You can add onions (myself and my kids don't eat them so I left them out). You can add more or less curry depending on how spicy you want it. You can even choose a different protein other than ground chicken...or used diced chicken! Recipes are mere guide lines. Let your inner artist soar!
Add oil to saute pan over medium high heat. Add garlic and stir. Add ginger and curry, while stirring the paste, slowly add chicken broth. Allow to simmer for a few minutes. Add the ground chicken, stirring often. When the chicken is cooked through add the green peas. Stir together. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
To serve: Take a whole wheat pita, add your favorite lettuce, and spoon in the curry chicken. Enjoy!
