easy chicken casserole

I got this recipe from a co-worker about 40 years ago. I used it frequently while working full-time and raising 4 kids. Prep time does not include cooking and deboning chicken.

Ingredients For easy chicken casserole

  • 1
    chicken, stewed, deboned and chunked or use canned chicken
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg
    macaroni, dry
  • 1 sm pkg
    velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 2
    eggs, hardboiled
  • salt and pepper

How To Make easy chicken casserole

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients in baking dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. May be mixed the night before and refrigerated for baking the next day.
