Cook chicken until tender. Dice and place in glass 13x9x2 pan. Heat milk and butter/margarine until butter/margarine melts mix with the 2 cans of soup. Pour this over the chicken. Sprinkle stuffing over top. Measure 1 can of broth and pour over stuffing. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with the paramsan cheese and brown for 5 more minutes.
