Easy bacon-wrapped chicken

- boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded flat
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 Tbsp
- prepared basil-pesto sauce
- 6 slice
- 1/2 c
- olive or canola oil
1Heat oven to 400. Lay each chicken breast flat and sprinkle w/ salt and peppper.
2Evenly spread pesto over each chickeen breast. Wrap each chicken breast w/ bacon, roll chicken up and secure w/ toothpicks.
3Lay chicken down in a lg baking dish. Bake about 30 mins, or until bacon is crisp.
