Easy as "Chicken Pot" Pie!

- 9" frozen flakey pie crust shells
- 2 c
- cooked chicken
- 1 can(s)
- cream of chicken soup
- bag mixed frozen vegetables (i used the carrot, corn, peas, and green bean mix)
- 1/4 c
- egg wash (1 egg lightly beaten with 1 teaspoon of water)
1Whisk together the soup and milk.
2Mix in your veggies & chicken.
3Pour mixture into thawed bottom pie shell.
4Place your 2nd shell on top of the pie. Seal shut. And brush a thin layer of your egg wash on the top.
5Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
