Ingredients

4
4 oz chicken cutlets
1/2 c
flour
1 large
egg beaten
1/4 cup c
olive oil
3/4 c
chicken broth
1/4 c
grape tomatoes cut in half
10 oz
sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp
butter
3/4 c
whitw wine
1/2 tsp
fresh rosmary
2 Tbsp
fresh parsley
1 can(s)
artichoke hearts
1 bag(s)
10oz spinach
1/2 lb
fancy pasta
3 clove
garlic diced small

Step-By-Step

1Place chicken between 2 pieces of plastic wrap and pound with mallet until 1/3 inch thick sprinkle with salt and pepper
2Dip chicken in flour then beaten egg and fry in oil till brown Transfer to plate use same pan to sautee spinach till cooked drain and set aside
3Cook Pasta till Al dente ,drain Spread on platter then top with spinach , then chicken
4Sautee mushroom in butter and diced garlic add rosemary, parsley salt pepper white wine cook 5 min add broth and cook 5 more min add cut tomatoes and artichoke hearts
5Pour sauce over chicken and pasta
