Ingredients For dill chicken salad

  • 1 lb
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    celery seed
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c
    minced white or yellow onion
  • 1/4 c
    dill relish
  • 1 Tbsp
    sweet relish
  • 1 c
    white seedless grapes, quartered
  • salt and pepper, to taste

How To Make dill chicken salad

    Cut chicken into thin strips. Heat olive oil in large skillet, and add chicken and celery seed. Cook until no longer pink, abt 10 minutes. Remove from pan and allow to cool. Process cooked chicken in food processer to shred.

    Put chicken in a large bowl. Stir in minced onion, mayonnaise, dill and sweet relishes, grapes, and salt and pepper. Mix well and chill for 2 hours. I prefer to serve this cold.
