Ingredients For deluxe chicken supper

3 slicebacon

1 Tbsppimento, chopped

1/2 cmilk

2eggs, slightly beaten

2 cbiscuit mix

1 Tbspmilk

1/8 tsppepper

2 tspworcestershire sauce

1/4 tspsalt

3 cchicken, cooked and cubed

1 csour cream
-
1 cancream of celery soup

4 ozsliced mushrooms, drained

1/4 cchopped green bell pepper

1/2 cchopped celery
-
1/4 cchopped onion
-
1 cshredded cheddar cheese
How To Make deluxe chicken supper

1Fry bacon in skillet until crisp.

2Remove and drain on paper towels. Crumble.

3Saute onion, celery, green pepper and mushrooms in bacon dripping until tender.

4Do not brown.

5Combine soup and sour cream in a bowl.

6Add chicken, salt, worcestershire sauce, pepper, 1 tablespoon milk, bacon and sauteed vegetables; mix well.

7Turn into a 2 quart greased casserole.

8Combine biscuit mix, eggs, 1/2 cup milk, pimentos and cheese; mix until just blended.

9Drop by spoonfuls on top of chicken mixture.

10Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees, for 45 minutes or until biscuits are golden.
