- 1/2 stick
- rabbit or chicken cut into pieces
- chopped onion
- tart apple
- 1 can(s)
- condensed chicken broth
1Brown meat in 1/2 stick of butter in fry pan until well browned. Put in the bottom of a roaster with a little water.
2Cut up onion & thinly slice apple. Put in fry pan with a little more butter and cook until golden brown. Sprinkle with a little flour and stir to coat.
3Add chicken broth and heat to combine into a gravy.
4Pour over rabbit or chicken , add a little more water over all. Cover & bake slowly at 300 or 325 for 1 1/2 hours
