I love this recipe. In the past 3 months I have fallen in love with curry. I love the taste and smell of it. It is so yummy. I hope you enjoy.

Ingredients

1 large
sweet onion
1 lb
boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
2 tsp
garlic, minced
1 tsp
salt and pepper
1 tsp
cumin
4 tsp
curry powder
1
chicken bullion cube
1 c
water

Step-By-Step

1Put oil in pan, heat on med. Cut onion in half and then thinly slice so you have half moons. Add onions and garlic to pan, cook until tender about 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile cut thighs into quarters. Add chicken, salt&pepper, cumin and curry powder. Cook 5 minutes. Add chicken bullion cube and water. Cover reduce heat to low and cook 30-40 minutes.
2While the curry is cooking make rice to serve with the curry.
