Trim chicken of fat, and pour sauce over each piece. Marinate for half hour.
Dip each piece evenly in panko crumbs, place on greased pan and bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until cooked through
*If you'd like to make a dipping sauce, mix 1/2 cup sour cream & 1/4 cup of the raspberry sauce together.
