We love lots of cheese in ours, you can use as much or as little to meet your taste.
Hard cheeses, romano, asiago, parmegiano work the best, but I've experimented with many different types of cheeses and combinations.

- 1-2 lb
- fresh chicken tenders
- pepperidge farm stuffing mix (not croutons, but the crumbled typed)
- romano cheese, grated
- asiago cheese, grated
- butter, melted
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a shallow bowl, combine stuffing mix and cheeses.
2Melt butter in small bowl in microwave.
3Dip each chicken piece in butter, then press into stuffing mix. Place chicken on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. My family likes this served with rice and fresh veggies.
