Croissant Chicken Rolled in Italian Seasoning

It is fun to make this chicken recipe. For one thing it is easy and the flavors are so delicious. I got this recipe from a friend years ago and I got a request from my husband to make this again so I did and wanted to share with you. We eat a lot of chicken recipes in our family and this is a perfect dish. Excuse these pictures my camera was acting up.

cream cheese
1 Tbsp
2 c
chicken cooked and diced
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp
1 Tbsp
onion, minced
1, 8 oz
can croissant dinner rolls
3/4 c
seasoned bread crumbs (italian)

1Cook your chicken breast and dice.

2Blend cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in chicken, salt, pepper, milk and onions. Spoon 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture onto the center of each separated dough. Pull corners of dough to the top. Brush butter over each croissant and roll in bread crumbs.

3Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes and serve when hot.
