Crockpot Pineapple Chicken

I love chicken and I'm always trying to find new ways to cook it. This is a very easy and delicious variation of crockpot chicken. I like to serve this with stir-fried rice or rice pilaf. It's great comfort food.
chicken breast halves or 3 leg & thigh quarters
(20 oz) pineapple chunks or tidbits in juice
1 1/2 Tbsp
black pepper, to taste
paprika, to taste
1Place the chicken pieces in the bottom of the crockpot.
2Sprinkle black pepper and paprika on the chicken.
3In a small bowl, combine the drained pineapple, mustard and soy sauce.
4Pour this mixture over the chicken.
5Spread the garlic on top of the chicken.
6Cover and cook on LOW for 7-9 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
