Crockpot Low Fat Chicken

Being on Weight Watchers this is a recipe I use. It taste great and is low in fat and calories.

Ingredients

chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless

98% fat free campbells cream of mushroom soup

lipton dry oinon soup mix

Directions Step-By-Step

Brown chicken breast in non-stick fry pan, then place in crockpot -In a bowl mix soups together

Pour soup mixture over chicken
Set crock pot for at least 6 hours but it can go 8 hours
Weight Watcher points "5" per serving
