Ingredients For crockpot lemon chicken

  • 1 whole roasting chicken
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

How To Make crockpot lemon chicken

    Rinse and dry chicken. Pierce lemon a few times with a fork and place in the chicken cavity. Place in slow cooker.

    Combine honey with lemon juice and pour over chicken.

    Cook on low for 8 hours.
