Crockpot Honey ginger Chicken

- chicken breasts, cut up bite size pieces
- 1/3 c
- unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 c
- 2 Tbsp
- lemon or lime juice
- 1 tsp
- ground ginger
1Combine melted butter, honey, lemon/lime juice and ground ginger in a bowl.
2Place chicken in crock pot. Pour mixture over chicken and cook on low for 6 hours.
Spoon mixture over chicken periodically to make sure it gets covered in the sauce.
3Cook 4-6 hours on low or 3-4 on high.
